Our office hours are 8am - 6pm, Mon-Sat.  It is our policy not to answer our phones while we are attending to a client or a pet, as it is unprofessional and takes away from the quality time we have promised to spend with each client's pet.  If we are unable to answer during office hours, please leave us a message and we will return your call promptly.  After hours calls will be returned as soon as possible the next business day.  Thanks in advance for bearing with us!
