Excessive Cleaning Charge:  Should a client's pet create an excessive mess that takes longer than 10-15 minutes to clean, extra cleaning time will be billed at $20/hour.

Service Boundaries:  Our regular service area is bounded by Vine St. to the north, Carpenter to the south, Timberline to the east, and Overland to the west.  Clients living outside of these boundaries may be charged $.50 per round trip mile outside of our regular service area per visit.

Unsafe Working Conditions:  Colorado Critter Care_LLC has the right to terminate the service contract before or during its term if the pet sitter, in his or her sole discretion,  determines that the Client's pet or home poses a danger to the health or safety of the pet sitter.   If safety concerns prohibit the pet sitter from caring for the pet, he or she shall place the pet in a kennel and all subsequent charges shall be the sole responsibility of the Client.

Key Pickup/Return Policy:  There is a $5 charge for the pet sitter to pick up or drop off a key at the Client's home.  This fee is waived for first-time Clients.  To avoid this fee, we encourage clients to enroll in our Ready Key program or discuss other arrangements with their pet sitter.

Last-minute Reservations and Cancellations:  Clients who make a new reservation or cancel and existing reservation less than 24 hours prior to their first scheduled visit will be assessed a $10 fee for rearranging our pet sitters' schedules.

Holiday Fees:  For all service falling on the below listed holidays, a fee of $5 per visit fee in addition to the standard pet sitting fees will be assessed.  In addition a $15 holiday fee will be charged for all overnight services performed on any of the holidays listed below.  100% of this fee is given to the pet sitter caring for your home and pets on the holiday. 

Holidays during which this fee will be assessed are:  New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,  Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
