Key Pickup/Return Policy:
There is a $5 charge for the pet sitter to pick up or drop off a key at
the Client's home. This fee is waived for first-time
Clients. To
avoid this fee, we encourage clients to enroll in our Ready Key program
or discuss other arrangements with their pet sitter.
Last-minute Reservations
and Cancellations: Clients
who make a new reservation or cancel and existing reservation less than
24 hours prior to their first scheduled visit will be assessed a $10
fee for rearranging our pet sitters' schedules.
Holiday Fees:
For all service falling on the below listed holidays, a fee of $5 per
visit fee
in addition to the
standard pet sitting fees
will be assessed. In addition a $15 holiday fee will be charged
for
all overnight services performed on any of the holidays listed
below.
100% of this fee is given to the pet sitter caring for your home and
pets on the holiday.
Holidays during which this fee will be
assessed are: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day,
Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
